Who I Am

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field, working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings. My background includes providing therapy for individuals and families involved in DCS cases, supporting youth in juvenile detention, and working alongside court systems to help clients navigate complex life circumstances.

Throughout my career, I have supported clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and a wide range of life stressors. I understand that each person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, managing ongoing emotional challenges, or working through past experiences, I am here to support you in building resilience, gaining insight, and moving toward meaningful change.
